Vegan Winter Green

This recipe is for Avocado lovers! Simple & tasty vegan toppings.

Ingredients:

  • homemade potatoes and leek cream

  • avocado

  • rocket

  • roasted hazelnuts

Procedure:

  • cook slowly in a pot some potatoes for a 5 min, then add leek and simmer for about 30 mins until it softens

  • Once the mix is completely soft just blend and season (salt, black pepper and pinch of chili)

  • Slice some avocado and squeeze half lime on it

  • Wash, dry some rocket and squeeze the other half of lime on it

  • Break and slice some hazelnuts and simply roast them in a hot pan for a few minutes until charred a little.

Time to build the pizza:

Bake the pizza with the homemade potatoes and leek cream base, once ready add rocket, avocado and at the end some roasted hazelnuts.
