Vegan Winter Green
This recipe is for Avocado lovers! Simple & tasty vegan toppings.
Ingredients:
homemade potatoes and leek cream
avocado
rocket
roasted hazelnuts
Procedure:
cook slowly in a pot some potatoes for a 5 min, then add leek and simmer for about 30 mins until it softens
Once the mix is completely soft just blend and season (salt, black pepper and pinch of chili)
Slice some avocado and squeeze half lime on it
Wash, dry some rocket and squeeze the other half of lime on it
Break and slice some hazelnuts and simply roast them in a hot pan for a few minutes until charred a little.
Time to build the pizza:
Bake the pizza with the homemade potatoes and leek cream base, once ready add rocket, avocado and at the end some roasted hazelnuts.
