1:1 ONLINE SOURDOUGH PIZZA PRACTICE CLASS
Classic Sourdough Pizza, “Pizza tonda al Piatto”
Thin Base + Crunchy Crust
This 1:1 online class will be divided in 2 days in order to make a dough together and leave it rest for 24h before going to bake it in a classic electric kitchen oven.
In the first video call you’ll learn:
the right technique to knead by hand
how to shape & fold
make dough balls
In the second call you’ll learn:
stretching technique
how to balance the toppings
cooking temperatures & timings with the use of your kitchen oven (the use of a pizza stone/steel improves the final result!)
During these video calls I’d be happy to reply all your questions and clear out your doubts about the sourdough pizza making.
The private class will be live on Zoom.
After that I’ll be available on Whatsapp for any other doubt or advice!
