Porchetta, Artichokes & Hot Sauce
A very well balanced and distinctive flavours in this beautiful sourdough pizza with a light & crunchy dough base that make the difference.
I received as a gift 🤩 the beautiful bottle of Italian Hot Sauce @firelli that I never tried before and I decided to create a combination of toppings to highlight the rich & spicy flavour using:
fiordilatte mozzarella
Post baking we’ll add Italian porchetta 🐷 an Italian savoury, fatty and moist boneless pork roast served by the slice. Delicious 🤤
Artichokes: thinly sliced and quickly cooked in a hot oily pan and add them post baking on the pizza
A generous drizzle of Italian hot sauce 🌶 @firelli #gifted
