N’duja, Crispy Onions & Bufala
My FAVOURITE N’duja pizza in a more interesting version!
Without any doubt! The famous Italian-Calabrian spicy sausage is my favourite topping since I discovered it for the first time...in London 😅
Every pizza restaurant had it on the menu and it was soooo popular, British friends loved it and I didn’t even tried it once. 🤦🏻
Well it was love at first TASTE and I’ve been suggesting to all my masterclass’s guests, ‘cause if you love spicy food (& you’re not vegetarian obv 😉) you must try it!
By adding some fresh Buffalo mozzarella it gives extra smooth flavour that you’re gonna love!
The recipe:
Organic tomato sauce
Fiordilatte mozzarella
N’duja
Buffalo mozzarella (post baking)
Homemade Fried onion(post baking)
Onion are thinly sliced and fried at 180 degrees in a sunflower oil.
When you bite for the first time this pizza you’ll feel an explosion of flavours coming from the spicy of the N’duja, the smooth and juicy from the Bufala and the crunch from the fried onion😋
Don’t believe me when I say it’s sooo good, TRY IT!
