Mortadella & Ricotta
One of my favourite! All the toppings just melt into your mouth creating a soft but delicious flavour. Mortadella lover, go for it!
RECIPE:
Fior di latte mozzarella as a base
Mortadella by the slice
Ricotta cheese
Granulated Pistachio
Bake the pizza with only mozzarella on it and add the rest of the ingredients post baking.
Tip: to make it nicer create quenelle of ricotta with the help of two tea spoons and place them on top of the mortadella. Sprinkle the pistachio on top!
