Courgette Cream & Saffron
Time to give you one of my special sourdough pizza recipe! 🙌🏻😉
Pizza is definitely not fast food, it can be the finest thing to make for dinner if you know how to topping it.
Here’s one of the recipe I make in my little restaurant in London 👇🏻
As a base, the Courgette cream:
Cut the courgettes into pieces and let them cook with a bit of water. When they become soft blend them until they become a cream. Salt & pepper and a drizzle of evo.
Add fior di latte mozzarella.
Straight In the oven.

Saffron Drops: put half of tea spoon of dry saffron into a little jar, add hot water and let it dissolve. (Converse in the fridge)
Add them on top of you pizza with a spoon and READY! 🤩
