The Cornish Italian - Truro, Cornwall

I’ve just wrapped up an incredible week of consulting and hands-on training at The Cornish Italian, a charming spot near Truro that blends Italian soul with Cornish heart. Over the course of the week, I worked closely with Ugo, the passionate owner, diving deep into dough techniques, flour selection, fermentation, and everything in between.

We finished the week with a two-day launch event, where locals gathered to taste the results—and many declared it the best pizza in Cornwall! 🍕🔥
