Aubergine Cream & Buffalo

A super fresh toppings to add to your sourdough pizzas!

The ingredients are very simple but the match between them is just amazing:)

Here me out: 

  • homemade aubergines cream

  • Buffalo mozzarella

  • Sundried tomatoes

Prep of the cream:

  • cut in half the aubergine

  • Score it with a knife and drizzle some evo, pepper just the inside of it( no the skin)

  • Place and cover the two half in a tin foil and bake for 50 mins at 200°C

  • The inner side of the Aubergine has to be very soft

  • Time to blend it, season it if necessary with some salt n pepper

  • Let it cool down 😉

Use the aubergine cream as a base for you sourdough pizza and add some mozzarella and bake it.

Post baking you’ll add the bufala mozzarella, the sliced sundried tomatoes.

Ps: Dried origano on this pizza will add extra flavor!
